Geen Koningsdag 2020

Het is alweer een jaar geleden dat ik het blog gebruikt heb om een Koningsdag patroontje te plaatsen.
Dit jaar is er geen Koningsdag in verband met het wereldwijde Corona virus. En de maatregelen waar we ons aan moeten houden.

Toch wilde ik het niet helemaal voorbij laten gaan en het patroon aangepast aan de Oranje vereningen door er Woningsdag van te maken. En de vlag uit te steken.

It's been a year since I used the blog to post a Dutch King's Day pattern.
There is no King's Day this year in connection with the worldwide Covid-19 virus. And the measures we must adhere to.

However, I did not want to let it go completely and the pattern adapted to the Orange associations in the Netherlands by making it Home Day. We stay at home with the flags out and celebrate the birthday of our King Willem Alexander on this sober way. Blijf Thuis means; Stay at Home.

Koningsdag Koppelpoort

Wat was het een Koninklijke,feestelijke en oranje dag in Amersfoort.
Genoten van de tv beelden en tot mijn grote vreugde kwam de Koninklijke familie ook bij de Koppelpoort!

What a Royal, festive and orange day in Amersfoort.
We enjoyed the TV images and to my great joy the Royal family also came to the Koppelpoort!

Aan het einde van feestelijkheden in Amersfoort werd nog een groeps selfie gemaakt, zo leuk!

Koningsdag 2019/ KingsDay 2019

Koningsdag 2019 wordt dit jaar door de Koninklijke familie feestelijk gevierd in Amersfoort.

King's Day 2019 will be festively celebrated this year by the Royal family in Amersfoort.
On his birthday April 27, festivities are organized every year in a different city for the Royal family. For and by the people of the Netherlands and for everyone who wants to celebrate.

Daarvoor heb ik de mooie Koppelpoort als onderwerp voor het borduur patroon genomen. 

Speciaal voor Evelien, een groot fan van mijn Konings dag patronen en die in Amersfoort woont.

For that I used the beautiful Koppelpoort as the subject for the embroidery pattern.

Especially for Evelien, a big fan of my King's day patterns and who lives in Amersfoort.

Oops ..... In my rush to have it embroidered on time, I have forgotten the R in Amersfoort. ;-(

Rondom  heb ik het logo van Koningsdag Amesfoort, de Kroon, in diverse kleuren geborduurd.

Around I embroidered the logo of Koningsdag Amesfoort, the Crown, in various colors.

Kijk eens wat Evelien een super leuk matras kussentje gemaakt heeft van het patroon!

Een prachtige oranje bloemen en een rood met blauwe blokjes rand maken het helemaal af!

Bijna het einde van het jaar voor de Temperatuur Minisal 2018.
Op Facebook en Instagram zijn de mooiste kleurencombinaties te zien en het laat de grote verschillen in wereld temperaturen zien.
Hier zie je in de rode kleuren onze 'lange hete zomer' van Nederland.

Almost the end of the year for the Temperature Minisal 2018.
On Facebook and Instagram the most beautiful color combinations can be seen and it shows the big differences in world temperatures.
Here you can see in the red colors our 'long hot summer' of the Netherlands.

Mijn sal schiet al aardig op en ik geef er een eigen 'touch' aan met Nederland en Temparatuur 2018 erin. Deze worden in de blauwe rand met blauw borduurgaren geborduurd. De zwarte letters zijn om het duidelijk te laten zien.

My sal is already showing up and I give it my own 'touch' with Nederland and Temperatuur 2018. I will cross-stitch the letters with blue embroidery floss in the blue color of the border. The black letters are to show it clearly.

Hierbij het alfabet dat precies past in de border zodat je een eigen compositie kan maken. Gebruik hiervoor het onderste stuk ruitjes papier.

Here the alphabet that fits exactly in the border so that you can make your own composition. Use the bottom piece of the graph paper.
